The End of The Worst Semester Ever...

Thankfully (but also dreadfully), the end of the semester is here and break is approaching. Considering I have failed almost half of my classes this semester, I am ready for this crap to be over. I also wish I could just have a redo. Thankfully all of the plates I made survived the kiln so that was a nice surprise. One did crack but I will take one crack over all of my plates blowing up.

This was by far the worst semester I have ever had (grade-wise). I am typically an A-B student so this was an interesting experience. Having a bit off for winter break will be nice however I also wish that the world could just freeze for a bit so that I could catch my breath. Also, I feel like a trip to the beach would be nice. I have never been to the ocean but I think I would like all of the sunshine. Maybe I could take one of my plates to the beach and eat something there. What do you even eat at the beach?

I am looking forward to (if it is approved) doing another independent ceramic study next semester. Having the ability to go to the studio and make things freely got me through last summer so I am very glad that I have that to do as well.

I feel like at this point I am just rambling which is honestly just what I do in general so here are a few photos from the end of the worst semester ever...
